Our shipping policy is simple. We DO NOT mark up the prices of our products in order to offer lower shipping prices. We do our best to offer the lowest and most honest prices on all of our products, just as you'd find in our retail storefronts. We also do not intend to make any money on shipping, but to simply transfer our cost on to you, our loyal customers.

You can calculate shipping in the shopping cart or upon checkout. Orders for customers in the US48 will be shipped via UPS with one of the options given. Orders to APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via USPS.
For APO/FPO addresses please enter APO or FPO as your city, select AE, AA, AP as your state and United States of America for your country. If you're shipping to Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands please select UNITED STATES as your country and then select your location from the states menu.
We often offer shipping discounts for minimum order amounts. Keep an eye out for Coupon Codes.
International orders will ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We have recently implemented this feature due to numerous requests. To obtain a shipping quote, add the items you wish to order to your cart, go to your shopping cart by clicking "view cart", and click on "estimate shipping.". If the estimate shipping function is not working at the time simply continue through checkout to obtain the order total. If the shipping cost does not display during checkout we will send an e-mail after the order is placed with instructions. Certain larger items cannot be shipped Internationally.
We currently ship to most locations in Europe, Asia, Oceania, Australia and Latin America including APO/FPO Addresses, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam. If you do not see your location please feel free to contact us.
Pricing, Taxes, Fees and Tariffs
All website pricing is in US Dollars. Our prices do not include any taxes, fees or tariffs imposed by the destination country and we are not responsible for any applicable taxes, tariffs, fees, brokerage charges, customs charges, or any other charge that may arise due to an international shipment. WE CANNOT MARK PACKAGES AS "GIFT."
We're confident you'll be very happy with anything you purchase, but if for some reason we do not
meet your expectations, you may return it for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee or replacement for the full amount within 30 days. However, you must email us first for return authorization prior to sending your package back. Any orders returned without doing so will be refused. This helps us to process your request promptly upon receiving it. Please return items in the original packaging or be sure the product(s) are very carefully packaged to the standards by which you received them, as you are responsible for them arriving in one piece.
We do not reimburse for shipping charges.
