Shipping

Your order will be shipped UPS Ground. Athough we try to ship within 2-3 days of receiving an order, please allow up to 5 business days for shipping and handling.

Items costing between $0.01 and $29.99 - shipping is $9.50
Items costing between $30.00 and $59.99 - shipping is $12.75
Items costing between $60.00 and $99.99 - shipping is $18.50
Items costing between $100.00 and $199 - shipping is $22.75
Items costing $200 or more - shipping is $28.50

Please allow more time for PO BOX and Military Addresses that will ship via US Postal Service.
Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico orders will also incur additional charges that will be calculated upon checkout.

Returns Policy

We're confident you'll be very happy with anything you purchase, but if for some reason we do not
meet your expectations, you may return it for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee or replacement for the full amount within 30 days. However, you must email us first for return authorization prior to sending your package back. Any orders returned without doing so will be refused. This helps us to process your request promptly upon receiving it. Please return items in the original packaging or be sure the product(s) are very carefully packaged to the standards by which you received them, as you are responsible for them arriving in one piece.

We do not reimburse for shipping charges.

No returns for online orders will be accepted at any retail locations.
